| 2. How can I find out the ingredients of a product? |
Most of our products have an ingredient list on the outside of package. But sometimes, the packages are too small to print all of this information. In this case, please ask the store manager to provide for you or if you require an additional ingredient inquiry that is not satisfied by the information posted on the package, please e-mail us at cosmetics@nicka.com. New ingredients and technologies are stringently tested before we consider using them in our products. |

| 4. Do cosmetics have an expiration date? |
Cosmetics aren't required to carry an expiration date. However, they can still go bad. To make yours last longer, keep caps tightly sealed, and store containers away from heat and sunlight. But you should discard a product immediately if you notice any changes in appearance, color or odor. |

| 6. What is the difference between loose powder and pressed powder? |
Pressed powder has a matte finish on the skin, and convenient for touch-ups during the day and evening as it is much more portable than loose. Loose powder is a soft texture kind of powder used to set your foundation after application and serves as a natural looking on the skin. |

| 7. How do I apply mascara? |
You want color from roots to ends, so start by rolling the brush down as close to the roots of your lashes as you can. Then wiggle the wand out towards the tips of your lashes. For most women, two coats on the upper lashes and one on the bottom works very well. |

| 10. How do I apply eye brow color? |
| Select a brow shade that closely matches your natural hair color. Beginning at the inner corner, use light, upward strokes to fill in brows. Follow the natural shape of brows, creating an arch. If your brows are extremely thin and/or sparse, use the Eye Definer Brush for the most natural look. Nicka K. Eye Brow Definers are slim, pen-style pencils that provide soft definition to the brows. Just follow along to the natural shape of your brows, and finish with a clean tail at the end. Also, be sure to give your brow a nice clean arch for the most eye-enhancing shape. |

| 11. How can I prevent my nail polish from chipping? |
| To create a longer-lasting finish, apply a base coat to start and top coat when finished. We highly recommend using Nicka K. Nail Moisturizer on your nails first. It guards against chipping and peeling while moisturizing and strengthening your nails. Nicka K. Glossier Nail is the finishing touch. It adds a high gloss finish while providing a protective coating against wear and tear. |

| 12. How do I apply Eye Shadow? |
If you have three eye shadows, start with the lightest one. Apply the base color to the entire lid from the inside to the outside corner and from the base of the lashes to the eyelid cease. Use a medium-toned shade to cover your lower lids. Contour the crease of your eyelid with a dark shade, using a smaller eye shadow brush. Blend shadow by stroking the lid gently with an eye shadow brush. Use a cosmetic puff and a little pressed powder to tone down heaven shadow. For bigger eyes, sweep a little shade over lid and darker shade on the outer corner of the lid and the crease. |
