Continental US Shipping - UPS, USPS

We ship all our domestic orders via United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. Choose method of choice when checking out.

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

UPS does not deliver to P.O address. The United States Postal Service ship for all Military Orders and P.O.Box shipping addresses.

International Shipping - UPS & USPS

Unfortunately, we are not offering international shipping at this time. Please check back for updates.

 

Order Processing Time

The times are basically in business days(Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). For overnight, 2-day shipping and 3-day shipping orders received before 11AM EST Monday to Friday(except holidays) will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. **Please note that all orders, including express orders, may require up to 2 business days of processing time before being shipped out.

 

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.

 

Shipping Carriers

Please note we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS and USPS will deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. If you are not present for delivery time/date, it is customer's responsibility to re-arrange delivery date with carrier. If customer fails to schedule a new delivery time and items are sent back to us, we will re-charge shipping to send out items again.

 

Eligibility of Free Shipping

Free shipping offer is limited to the continental U.S. Free shipping offer not valid for Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes. The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping, and free shipping doesn't apply to gift certificates, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Also Free shipping doesn't apply to backorder, preorder, heavy or oversize items. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be asked to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free shipping.

If you have purchased over $50 worth of products and some items are out of stock before packaged and delivered, which makes the total less than $50, you will be contacted by the customer service team for the permission to continue with the order and to let you know that you will be charged for shipping(the amount varies on quantity and weight).

 

Weekend Delivery

Expedited orders shipped via UPS (overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday to Friday only. Delivery is not available on weekends.

 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Nicka.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Please note that we can only begin to investigate lost orders shipped via standard shipping once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment.

 

Return

Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories within 14 days of original purchase date. If returned items are not same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send them back to you with shipping charge. In order to return/replace items, you will need to acquire an RMA number. Contact our customer service department with your request - we will review and give you an authorized return number. If you send the product back without the proper RMA number the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Customer is responsible for shipping return items back to our warehouse, unless otherwise discussed.

Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. Return Credit will issue after the inspection of returned items and always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.

 

Exchange

For all exchanges, please note that you are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse, and also you will be charged to ship the item back out to you. The shipping charge is not applied with flat ground rate, but actual shipping rate depending on the location of a customer and weight of items.

All exchanges should not be less than 80% of original order. If, for any reason, exchange item(s) fall below this guideline, order will be subjected to 20% restocking fee of original order price.

 

Replacements

You may make changes to the order as long as the order hasn't been fully processed yet. However, if the order has been completed and fulfilled, we cannot make any changes to the order.
